(Don't get me wrong: I'm totally flattered. It just seems weird that anyone would want my signature on anything!) I accept checks, money orders, and PayPal sent to my jonp&at&combinedfleet&dot&com email address. For PayPal payments, please add 5% to cover their lovely fees. The cost of an autographed copy is list price ($35) plus shipping and handling. I ship via USPS only, in an attractively labeled, heavy-duty, bubble-padded, white 200# box that's taped to within an inch of its life. In the U.S., I use either media mail (4-6 days, $7) or Priority Mail (2-3 days, $14). International shipments go surface mail only (4-6 weeks, $16). Total costs are as follows:
